🎯 Requirements
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician license required
- Associate degree, technical certification, vocational training, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/industrial/high-tech facilities
- Strong ability to read P&IDs, electrical schematics, and one-line diagrams
- Knowledge of NFPA 70, NFPA 79, NFPA 70E and arc-flash safety
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial electrical systems/equipment
