Facilities Design Program Manager

📋 Description

• Provide support and guidance to project managers for facilities-related projects from concept through completion.
• Direct and coordinate internal staff and external vendors (architects, engineers).
• Primary point of contact for government clients, ensuring requirements are met.
• Oversee scopes, schedules, and budgets to meet program objectives.
• Oversee design and construction, ensuring compliance with codes and government requirements.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of facilities/construction management experience
• 3+ years of program management leadership for government projects
• Strong PM knowledge: scope, schedule, budget, quality
• Experience coordinating with clients, designers, engineers, contractors
• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain; US citizen
