Facilities Crew

📋 Description

• Maintain facilities equipment, machinery, and buildings.
• Assist with HVAC systems and related controls (Sensi, BMS, CASlink, Daikin).
• Use JIRA to input and track facility requests.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and obtain estimates.
• Respond promptly to occupant requests via the work order system.
• Promote a safe work environment and follow safety guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 years of related work experience preferred.
• Texas driver's license required.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Hard skills in basic construction and maintenance; hand/power tools.
• HVAC, electrical, and plumbing knowledge preferred.
