  • Coordinate with repair technicians, vendors, and contractors for maintenance and changes.
  • Manage vendor relationships; train vendors on DISCO processes and billing.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure invoice accuracy and reporting; negotiate pricing.
  • Submit office requests, maintain supplies, and manage mail and break room items.
  • Coordinate office moves, new construction and remodels; liaise with contractors.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in facilities, office mgmt, project, or construction management.
  • Professional designation: FMP, CFM, PMP, or NCIDQ.
  • Experience in space planning/MAC management and physical security systems.
  • Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
