- Assist in coordinating the complete work order lifecycle from creation to resolution.

- Support monthly reporting, forecasting and asset management.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- 3+ years of facilities management experience.
- Experience managing multiple vendors for day-to-day work orders and capital projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent facilities management experience.
- Client relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
