  • Assist in coordinating the complete work order lifecycle from creation to resolution.
  • Manage vendors to ensure services are completed within SLA.
  • Collaborate with Facilities Manager to manage vendors across region(s).
  • Develop and implement a standardized work order management process.
  • Build client relationships and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Support monthly reporting, forecasting and asset management.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • 3+ years of facilities management experience.
  • Experience managing multiple vendors for day-to-day work orders and capital projects.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent facilities management experience.
  • Client relationship management skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
