Facilities Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate and execute the complete work order lifecycle from creation to resolution.
• Manage vendors to ensure services are completed within SLA.
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager to coordinate vendors across regions.
• Develop and implement work order management processes to ensure consistency.
• Develop client relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Assist in monthly reporting, forecasting and asset management on all sites.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Experience with people management processes (recruitment, performance, rewards).
• Experience building and developing a team; organization design.
• Experience coaching and developing team members.
• Vendor management for day-to-day work orders and capital projects.
