Manage routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment (calibration, inspection, testing)
Perform reactive maintenance as needed
Develop and implement downtime reduction and efficiency improvements
Serve as primary contact for production staff on facilities/maintenance issues
Assist Facilities and Safety Manager with site projects and contractor meetings
Manage assembly and moving of furniture and equipment

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in facilities/manufacturing maintenance leadership
Experience creating preventive maintenance schedules; CMMS familiarity
PPE and Lockout/Tagout safety protocols
Basic building code understanding
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills
Read building plans; lift 75+ lbs; climb ladders
