Fabrication Process Engineer III

📋 Description

• Guide projects and design direction using engineering principles.
• Coordinate multiple small to medium projects and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct safety process walks and implement countermeasures to risks.
• Define monthly direct labor requirements and cycle times.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to hit process target efficiencies and standard work.
• Support LV1 process performance data (headcount, cycle times, scrap, rework).

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in process engineering (5 years preferred).
• 1+ year in a manufacturing leadership role.
• 1+ year project management experience (desirable).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
