Fabrication Process Engineer II

📋 Description

• Guide projects by applying engineering principles.
• Coordinate multiple projects; assign tasks and track progress.
• Conduct safety walks; implement countermeasures to prevent incidents.
• Define and document direct labor requirements and monthly cycle times.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve process efficiencies and maintain standard work.
• Develop PFMEAs to prevent quality costs.

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 3-5 years of process engineering experience (5 years preferred).
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Project management experience desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.
• Must be comfortable working from the office 5 days a week; willing to travel 20%+.
