Fabrication Process Engineer II

📋 Description

• Guide projects using engineering principles to support informed decisions.
• Coordinate multiple small to medium projects, assign tasks, ensure timely completion.
• Perform safety process walks, implement countermeasures, ensure zero accidents.
• Define and document direct labor requirements and cycle times monthly.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve process target efficiencies and standard work.
• Lead ECN implementation and productive capacity studies for current/new processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 3-5 years in process engineering (5 years preferred).
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Project management experience desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication across all levels.
• Willingness to work from the office 5 days a week.
• Willingness to travel 20%+.
