📋 Description

• Guide projects via engineering principles to support decisions.
• Adapt methods for non-routine assignments with independent judgment.
• Coordinate multiple projects concurrently, assign tasks, ensure timely completion.
• Perform safety walks, implement countermeasures, target zero process accidents.
• Define and document direct labor requirements and cycle times monthly.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to improve process efficiencies and maintain standard work.

🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 3–5 years in process engineering (5 years preferred).
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Project management experience is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
