Oversee FabLab operations: equipment setup, maintenance, calibration, and safety.
Manage FabLab tools: 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC, electronics, soldering.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, access rules, and equipment handling standards.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate repairs or replacements.
Support FabLab programs (Maker Sprints, Smart Hardware Labs, Build Labs).
Provide hands-on guidance to students on tools, materials, and prototyping methods.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Design, CS, Tech, or related field.
Hands-on fabrication tools experience: 3D printers, laser cutters, electronics.
Experience supporting students in a lab/workshop environment (preferred).
Understanding of product development, hardware prototyping, or maker workflows.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong safety mindset and ability to enforce protocols.
