About this role

We are looking for a Technical Operations Specialist (f/m/x) to strengthen our Customer Operations team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with colleagues across Service Delivery and Customer Success to improve workflows, streamline tooling, and support day-to-day operations with smart automation and data insights.

What you will do

• Identify opportunities to improve team workflows using technology and automation.

• Support the implementation and optimization of tools like CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).

• Analyze operational data to uncover insights and support decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver practical solutions.

• Document processes and create guides to support tool adoption and usage.

What you will need

• Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot (or similar).

• Familiarity with productivity and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Notion, Airtable, Slack integrations).

• Basic data analysis skills.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
