About this role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of Eye Security’s growth in the Dutch midmarket. This is a role where ambition meets purpose - you won’t just sell cybersecurity solutions; you’ll help businesses protect what matters most.

You’ll combine strategic thinking with a consultative sales approach, building strong, long-term partnerships with clients. From your first outreach to closing the deal, you’ll guide organizations through their cybersecurity journey and position Eye Security as their trusted advisor.

Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you’ll have the freedom to take ownership, shape your market, and make a tangible impact on how mid-sized companies approach digital security.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle - from identifying opportunities and initial outreach to negotiating and closing managed security contracts.

  • Advise IT and business decision-makers on technical, organizational, and regulatory security topics.

  • Develop new business opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal specialists and channel partners to deliver proven, standardized security services tailored to the midmarket.

What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in the cybersecurity sector.

  • Strong self-motivation, curiosity, and a genuine passion for technology.

  • The ability to grasp complex solutions and communicate them in a clear and compelling way.

  • A structured, goal-oriented approach combined with enthusiasm for teamwork and shared success.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
