About this role
As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through their journey with Eye Security. You’ll be the friendly face and trusted partner ensuring our customers get the maximum value from our cybersecurity solutions. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about building relationships, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a mission that protects businesses across Europe.

What You’ll Do

  • Building great relationships: Work with a diverse range of customers, ensuring they get the most out of our products and services while guiding them through every stage of their journey with us.

  • Finding new opportunities: Use your curiosity and analytical mindset to spot new ways to improve the customer experience and help them succeed even more.

  • Be the voice for customers: Listen closely to customer feedback, share insights with our internal teams, and help shape the continuous improvement of our product and service offerings.

  • Teamwork makes the dream work: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to create seamless and positive experiences for our customers.

  • Learning & growing with data: Track customer satisfaction, analyse insights, and use what you learn to strengthen relationships and drive customer success.

What You Bring

  • Customer-facing experience (or eagerness to learn!): You have some experience in customer service, account management, or another client-facing role - or you’re highly motivated to grow into one.

  • Great communication: You’re confident communicating with customers in both English and Dutch, and you enjoy helping people solve problems.

  • Customer-focused mindset: You genuinely care about customer happiness and are always looking for new ways to support and guide them.

  • Tech-savvy: You don’t need deep technical knowledge, but an interest in tech or SaaS is a big bonus.
