- Experience drafting external policy docs (AUP, Terms, guidelines).
- Support commercial or legal teams on policy-related questions.
- Build relationships with civil society, academia, or government.
- Strong writing to translate complex concepts clearly.
- Cross-functional work with legal, policy, product, eng, and comms.
