• Optimize campaigns from monitoring to bespoke analyses with clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive product and client growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in launching, running, optimizing, and landing experiments end-to-end.
• 5+ years experience with Python and SQL.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Strong statistics knowledge: experimental design and hypothesis testing.
• Programming: Python and SQL required.
