• Join Constellation's Programs Team to support key initiatives.
• Responsibilities include events, network curation, and interaction design.
• Coordinate cross-team actions to avoid gaps and redundancies.
• Support project and org incubation and shared services.
• We review expressions of interest on a rolling basis and reach out if a fit.

• Interest in AI safety and responsible stewardship.
• Experience with program management or operations.
• Comfort coordinating with multiple stakeholders and partners.
• Ability to design and facilitate events and spaces.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
