📋 Description

• Design, train, and deploy large-scale models powering Moloco's ads and commerce products.
• Work on real-time bidding and pricing systems handling billions of events daily.
• Build an end-to-end ML ecosystem to optimize relevance, ROI, and UX.
• Translate business goals into modeling challenges with Product and Data Science.
• Validate innovations with A/B tests, offline evaluations, and counterfactuals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-12+ years of production ML experience in high-stakes environments (Ads, Recommenders, Search, or Marketplaces).
• Strong ML foundations in ranking, calibration, causal inference, or multi‑objective optimization.
• Full lifecycle ML engineering: data pipelines, feature engineering, deployment.
• Python, SQL, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch; Spark/Beam/Flink experience.
• Operational stewardship: monitor performance, diagnose drift, and iterate in live ML systems.
• Technical mentorship: guide teammates and share best practices for large-scale ML.
