- Define, document, and maintain export-control processes per EAR/ITAR/FAR/DFARS.
- Lead cross-functional export-control programs with Tech, Legal, Sales, Ops.
- Embed NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, DFARS controls into workflows.
- Lead readiness for third-party assessments and CMMC certification.
- Conduct internal audits, gap analyses, and risk assessments.
- Develop and maintain government docs (SSPs, POA&Ms, policies).
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in process engineering, PM, or compliance leadership in regulated industries.
- Direct experience with U.S. government contracts under FAR/DFARS.
- Experience implementing NIST SP 800-171 controls.
- Experience enabling CMMC certification (Level 1–3).
- Knowledge of DFARS cyber clauses (252.204-7012/7019/7020/7021).
- Experience exporting controlled data under EAR/ITAR in secure environments.
