🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience in the watch industry (dealer, auction house, specialist, or collector).
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in sales, business development.
- Deep knowledge of watch brands, models, pricing, and market dynamics.
- Established network within the Japanese watch ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Japanese and English.
- Ability to work in an international environment and with global teams.
