🎯 Requirements

- Over 12 years as a Modernization or Migration Architect, leading legacy upgrades
- Hands-on experience with Mainframe application migration and modernization
- Strong Mainframe expertise: COBOL, Db2, IMS, JCL, CICS, z/OS, PL/I, Assembler
