• Act as category owner in Italy, shaping supply and ensuring high-quality lots.
• Source high-potential inventory and secure rare, match-worn or race-used pieces.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to onboard sellers and align auctions with events.
• Use data insights to price lots and optimize auction timing.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep expertise in football memorabilia (match-worn jerseys, official and signed items) and motorsports memorabilia (F1, MotoGP, race-used gear).
• Strong understanding of authenticity standards, provenance, collector psychology, and market value drivers.
• Commercial experience buying and selling sports memorabilia, ideally in an online marketplace.
• Active network across football and motorsports dealers, collectors, clubs, former players, and Italy-based suppliers.
• Trader mindset with a commercially driven, revenue-focused approach.
• Fluency in Italian and English with strong communication skills for sellers.
