📋 Description

• Lead IBM mainframe roadmap and solutioning for clients.
• Engage senior execs to identify gaps and goals.
• Provide fully costed solution architectures.
• Maintain IT roadmaps and related docs.
• Present progress via presentations and meetings.
• Design mainframe solutions using z/OS, CICS, DB2, IMS, RACF, MQ, JCL, COBOL.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in mainframe tech; 5+ years in solution architecture.
• Proven mainframe modernization track record (cloud, API, DevOps).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience across banking, insurance, telecom, retail.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence execs.
