📋 Description

• Provide automation strategy guidance and best practices.
• Serve as SME and contact for key z/OS projects.
• Participate in on-call schedule; incident and problem resolution.
• Configure and customize PARMLIB; JES2 customization.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of z/OS and related tools.
• Lead complex projects and mentor cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years in a mainframe environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced knowledge: TSO/ISPF, SDSF, JCL.
• USS file system management and security knowledge.
• Experience installing software within USS.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
