Expert (m/w/d) Fragrance Development, EURL

📋 Description

• Define and steer EuRL fragrance strategy aligned with Global Hair Care.
• Develop perfume briefs integrating insights, brand, and IFRA requirements.
• Interface between EuRL, Global HQ Fragrance Group, external houses, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement new fragrance technologies and olfactive trends.
• Lead fragrance maintenance and optimization projects, incl. material changes and compliance.
• Understand fragrance category in context of consumer needs for hair care.
• Train and govern fragrance supporters, technicians, and expats.

🎯 Requirements

• Formal fragrance training from a recognized university (perfume science/ fragrance chemistry).
• Experience in a Fragrance House or Beauty company would be beneficial.
• Excellent olfactive skills with passion for fragrance.
• Proven project management skills and track record.
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent oral and written English.
• Strong MS Office and IT skills.
• Highly motivated in a fast-paced global organization.
• Ability to link technical info with consumer insights and trends.
• Strategic and visionary thinking with actionable results.
