- Strong understanding of local cultures and communities
- Turn cultural insights into meaningful, audience-first experiences
- Comfortable with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities
- Hands-on, detail-oriented; balances planning and execution
- Experience supporting end-to-end activations, including live and content-led
