📋 Description

• Lead event strategy, logistics, and on-site execution for NA/global events.
• Support Corporate and VIP events at private venue in Sherman Oaks, CA.
• Manage merchandise inventory and allocation for Americas.
• Manage sponsorship deliverables and partnerships at industry events.
• Source venues and vendors (booth builders, AV, production, hotels).
• Track leads, analytics, and ROI in CRM; travel for global events.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in event management or experiential marketing in gaming/tech.
• Proven ability to manage global events, budgets, and regional nuances.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace; Jira/Confluence a plus.
• Familiarity with Splash or event registration/marketing platforms.
