🎯 Requirements
- Proven track record delivering experiential programs across markets.
- 6+ years in event production; agency and in-house experience.
- Strong PM skills: scoping, timelines, RFPs, vendor coordination, risk.
- Hands-on production knowledge: fabrication, staging, logistics, on-site.
- Stakeholder management with internal partners/agencies; set expectations and communicate trade-offs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; comfortable using AI tools to improve outcomes.
