📋 Description

  • Own and execute experiential programs end-to-end across planning, on-site, and post-event debriefs.
  • Contribute to creative development with designers/writers/strategists to translate stories into activations.
  • Maintain high craft standards; ensure agency output meets brand guidelines and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to craft attendee journeys for regional/global audiences.
  • Manage agencies, timelines, budgets; provide updates and escalate risks.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate planning and performance, building scalable frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven track record delivering experiential programs across markets.
  • 6+ years in event production; agency and in-house experience.
  • Strong PM skills: scoping, timelines, RFPs, vendor coordination, risk.
  • Hands-on production knowledge: fabrication, staging, logistics, on-site.
  • Stakeholder management with internal partners/agencies; set expectations and communicate trade-offs.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; comfortable using AI tools to improve outcomes.
