  • Shape communications to drive attendance and post-event follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to move concepts from approval to delivery.

  • 5+ years in event, experiential, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven ownership of live events or activations.
  • Strong understanding of audiences in physical and digital spaces.
  • Experience building media plans across paid, owned, and earned.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and lifecycle segmentation.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and multiple workstreams.
