- 5+ years in event, experiential, or integrated marketing.
- Proven ownership of live events or activations.
- Strong understanding of audiences in physical and digital spaces.
- Experience building media plans across paid, owned, and earned.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and lifecycle segmentation.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and multiple workstreams.
