🎯 Requirements
- 2 to 3 years experience in Sell-Side M&A
- Bachelor’s degree; min 3.5 GPA
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
- Basic corporate finance and accounting knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communications; team oriented
- SIE exam; Series 79 & 63 exams
