Communicates with insureds, injured workers, agents, and underwriters to determine coverage.
Administers timely indemnity and medical benefits.
Evaluates claims, negotiates, and coordinates with defense counsel.
Develops litigation plans and tracks adherence to control legal costs.
Maintains quality claim files per best practices and procedures.
Travels across states as required to handle claims inventory.

🎯 Requirements

A minimum of 3 years' workers' comp lost time claim handling experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Computer skills: Word, Excel, and Image Right preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Strong attention to detail and verbal/written communication.
Adaptable, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities.
