- Experience supporting ERGs in a prior role
- Excellent design skills (decks, graphics, video)
- Strong time management and operational skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience supporting or running employee engagement programs
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Travel ~1-2x quarterly; East Coast US preferred
