🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3 years leading employee experience programs
  • Experience supporting ERGs in a prior role
  • Excellent design skills (decks, graphics, video)
  • Strong time management and operational skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience supporting or running employee engagement programs
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Travel ~1-2x quarterly; East Coast US preferred
