๐ฏ Requirements
- 4+ years in customer insight strategy or related field (agency/consulting preferred)
- Proven experience delivering actionable insights informing CX strategy and KPIs
- Strong background in qualitative and/or quantitative insight planning, analysis and reporting
- Experience with experimentation design and A/B and multivariate testing
- Familiarity with CRM marketing and loyalty programs
- Education: B.S./B.A. in marketing, statistics, or related field; advanced degree nice to have
