  • 4+ years in customer insight strategy or related field (agency/consulting preferred)
  • Proven experience delivering actionable insights informing CX strategy and KPIs
  • Strong background in qualitative and/or quantitative insight planning, analysis and reporting
  • Experience with experimentation design and A/B and multivariate testing
  • Familiarity with CRM marketing and loyalty programs
  • Education: B.S./B.A. in marketing, statistics, or related field; advanced degree nice to have
