Lead the full spectrum of product design from strategy through implementation.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and QA in an agile environment.
Use Figma and our design system to create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
Participate in feedback sessions and user testing.
Ensure proper design implementation, not just deliver POCs.

🎯 Requirements

Proven UX/UI design experience: research, wireframes, visuals, testing.
Proficiency in Figma and Mural for collaboration.
Strong Design Thinking and human-centered design knowledge.
Experience with responsive design and developer handoff.
Advanced English for global communication.
Nice to have: basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JIRA/UserTesting.
