Partner with the Experience Manager on cross-functional initiatives, incl. AI scheduling.
Daily scheduling support; handle sick calls and ASAP requests.
Assist in building monthly schedules and optimizing coverage.
Support recruitment for East Coast based Experience Leads.
Take on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives for Aero's East Coast.
Serve as the primary Aero rep for departures/arrivals at TEB/HPN.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in guest-facing roles (private aviation or luxury hospitality preferred)
DOT safety-sensitive position; pre-employment and random drug testing.
Stand 8 hours; fast pace; lift 50 lbs; kneel/bend occasionally.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexible schedule incl. early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays.
Able to commute to/from TEB and HPN airports.
