Acts as primary communicator, manager and coordinator of guest and staff activities.
Liaises between office and field, implementing company initiatives.
Gives/coordinates briefings to keep guests informed.
Represents guest experience to Captain and department heads.
Collaborates with Captain, Officers, and Crew to ensure safe operations.
Writes daily programs, voyage reports and staff feedback.

🎯 Requirements

Must be eligible to work in the US.
At least five years of Alaska experience in expedition cruise.
Availability May–August 2026.
Proven experience leading a field team.
Experience running operations in bear habitat; zodiac driving preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or four years in related field.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities; calm, adaptable.
