π― Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience selling cruise travel using a consultative approach
- Direct experience with luxury or expedition cruises and/or complex Land & Sea itineraries
- Proven success meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets in a high-touch environment
- Design and sell pre- and post-cruise land extensions and multi-destination journeys
- Strong understanding of logistics, inclusions, and sequencing across land and sea components
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple active itineraries
