- Strong ownership mentality; drive initiatives forward.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfort with data and technical systems; work with engineers.
- Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot).
- SQL or data analysis experience; willingness to learn.
- Experience in high-growth tech or ecommerce.
