🎯 Requirements
- 1–3 years hands-on construction project management or retail fit-out
- Read architectural drawings and technical specs; detect issues
- On-site management of contractors; keep programme on track
- Organised to run multiple projects; decisive
- Willing to travel ~30% across Germany; fluent German (C1+) and English; driving license
- Nice-to-haves: background in F&B, hospitality, architecture, civil eng or real estate
