Plan, coordinate, and execute cyber training events for DoD missions.
Develop exercise plans, schedules, timelines, and docs for events.
Coordinate with government stakeholders, training teams, SMEs, and operators for design.
Manage multiple projects and training events, keeping schedules and priorities.
Prepare after-action reviews, reports, and recommendations for improvement.
Monitor execution, track action items, and resolve issues to meet objectives.

🎯 Requirements

Active DoD Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
DoDM 8140.03 IAT II requirements.
Ability to manage multiple projects with varying scopes.
Strong PM skills for cyber training planning and execution.
Experience planning cyber security training within the DoD.
