🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in pharma/healthcare comms, agency or client-facing.
- Experience managing large, integrated pieces of business ($10MM+).
- Broad healthcare comms: disease awareness, regulatory milestones, campaigns.
- Deep understanding of integrated communications: digital, creative, strategy and analytics.
- A passion for creativity and ideas that deliver meaningful impact.
- Superb management, coaching, and development skills.
