• Partner with MD to drive practice and firm growth
• Bring in substantial new business
• Keep the team organized, aligned, and motivated to hit revenue goals
• Provide top-notch client service and comms strategy
• Serve as senior leader, increasing strategic comms and digital fluency
• Drive integrated comms across owned, earned, paid media and channels
• Foster strong team mgmt, morale, and a diverse, inclusive culture
• Assess team capabilities; foster growth and trainings
• Monitor industry trends and apply audience-first channels
• Measure ROI and optimize tools/resources
• Collaborate on thought leadership opportunities (panels, blogs)

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in campaign politics, strategic comms, media relations, or related fields
• Proven track record building integrated comms strategies to meet goals
• Demonstrated business development, client development, and network for partnerships
• Experienced leading teams of strategists; fosters morale and mentorship
• Extensive team management; committed to staff development and DEI
• Experience with agency business models; strong client management; agency a plus
• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and communications services
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Commitment to social justice and advancing social change
