📋 Description

• Partner with CEO/executives on integrated comms plans across channels
• Own executive social presence end-to-end (LinkedIn, X)
• Shape playbooks for Lyft leaders across the exec bench
• Develop thought leadership campaigns aligned to priorities
• Manage external exec comms: media, speaking, and social
• Edit exec video and plan six-month thought leadership arc
• Design digital strategy for executive events and coverage
• Lead experimentation in new formats/platforms to expand reach
• Track KPIs and pivot based on insights

🎯 Requirements

• 4-7 years supporting executives in strategy and execution
• Proven track record with media placements and social growth
• Navigate strategy, media relations, and social execution seamlessly
• Content creation across copy, video, and visuals; edit short-form video
• Translate complex ideas into clear, concise narratives
