• Run market intelligence on executive movement and signals.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of executive search research, talent intelligence, or executive sourcing.
• Mastery of primary research: name generation, market calls, referrals.
• Track record closing exec searches in technical domains (engineering/AI).
• Fluent with modern executive research tools, AI sourcing platforms, automation.
• Ship executive-grade deliverables: maps, dossiers, market briefs.
• Strong written communication; synthesize market into one-page briefs.
• High discretion with confidential executive information.
• Operates with ownership and minimal supervision; defines scope.
