- Strong sourcing skills; social recruiting; LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; articulate Chartis value proposition.
- Entrepreneurial spirit; comfortable with ambiguity; collaborative leader.

- Salary: $155,000-$220,000 with possible discretionary bonus.
