- Strong track record hiring executives across Technical and Business teams.
- Deep network of executives enabling fast access to top talent.
- You are a sourcer at heart; you nurture passive candidates.
- Ownership mindset; comfortable moving fast, handling multiple roles.
- Ability to work with executives at any level; data-driven and influential.
- Outstanding candidate experience; humane, proactive processes.
- Extremely organized with the ability to balance priorities.
