- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Discretion and professionalism in confidential searches
- Data-driven with strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience recruiting in aerospace, automotive, robotics, or deep tech preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
