📋 Description

  • Manage full-cycle executive searches for C-suite roles and board appointments.
  • Develop customized search strategies using research, market intel, and networks.

  • Stay current on trends, regulation, and talent movements in Banking/FinTech/Tech.
  • Ensure recruitment activities adhere to policies, labor regulations, and DEI best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in executive recruitment with C-suite placements.
  • Expert in Banking/FinTech/Tech; board-level search and governance experience.
  • Deep understanding of executive compensation, equity, and incentives; strong relationship-building with executives and boards.
  • Strong research and sourcing; proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and market mapping.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
  • Based in Bogotá, Colombia with the ability to work remotely across time zones.
