- Stay current on trends, regulation, and talent movements in Banking/FinTech/Tech.
- Ensure recruitment activities adhere to policies, labor regulations, and DEI best practices.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and CRM systems.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in executive recruitment with C-suite placements.
- Expert in Banking/FinTech/Tech; board-level search and governance experience.
- Deep understanding of executive compensation, equity, and incentives; strong relationship-building with executives and boards.
- Strong research and sourcing; proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and market mapping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
- Based in Bogotá, Colombia with the ability to work remotely across time zones.
