  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management with leaders and clinicians.
  • High discretion, professionalism, and handling confidential matters.
  • Experience improving or scaling recruiting processes; ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
