- Excellent communication and stakeholder management with leaders and clinicians.
- High discretion, professionalism, and handling confidential matters.
- Experience improving or scaling recruiting processes; ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
